"First time here, paid $60+$10 for an hour of play and couldn't redeem any tickets. We got way over 4,000 tickets but was told time cards don't earn tickets... The manager let our daughter pick one of the small prizes on the bottom to be nice which was kind but we won't be coming back, borderline scam. All past arcades with "unlimited play" I've been to win tickets so we'll be taking our business elsewhere where our kids can actually win some stuff."

"This place is a joke. First time ever being here and probably wont be back. $30 for 140 credits and all the games are pretty much all high credit numbers, so you get to play like 6 games if that. Not worth my money or yours. Drinks are way over priced, can get a pitcher of bud light at any other bowling alley for $8 not no $14. The only highlight of my night was giving away my game card that had about 800 tickets on it to a Dad and his little boy and I told them to have a merry Christmas."

"Bowling bowling bowling, we love to go bowling here at High 5. The food and service is very good. Customer service is key to any business's success and if they keep up the good work they will do well. My family loves High 5 lanes for family bowling fun. Plenty of lanes, very clean and multiple bowling balls to choose from. Plus there are arcade games to play and cool prizes to win."
