"Shanti is WONDERFUL. The community is warm and welcoming, and the studio is cozy and always clean. I’ve really appreciated their careful approach to practice through the pandemic. Aside from the restorative or beginner classes, I appreciate that many class offerings are more challenging than other yoga studios I’ve tried around STL. But they strike a great balance - all are welcome and the teachers do a great job of including everyone and making sure modifications are offered for all skill levels. Highly recommend!"

"I have so enjoyed my classes at Shanti Yoga! I’ve particularly enjoyed the Wednesday morning Hatha Flow class with Carey. It’s just a lovely practice, and Carey is fantastic about supporting modifications and/or people’s different paces. One thing I’ve loved about Shanti in particular is that everyone is warm and welcoming. I’ve been to other yoga studios and classes where hardly anyone smiles or makes eye contact. Just being acknowledged as a fellow classmate makes a huge difference to me!"
