"Worst experience and treatment I've had in my life. My keys were stolen to my vehicle around 11pm. I am a diabetic staying at another establishment where my meds where. It was freezing outside with 3 of my friends. We all came and spent tons walking out with nothing. Not even keys to leave in order to be in a warm environment. My friends mom then had a stroke while we where trying to get the thief to bring my keys back. After call we had no choice to try to try and drill out my ignition so we could get to the hospital. Mind you its now 10:30 am the next morning. Security comes out argued with me about it being my vehicle because he was looking at my insurance card and not registration. After i politely pointed that out they walked away and said have a good day with demeaning looks on their face. No offer of help of any kind. No coffee, no water, nothing was brought out but a plan to shame us. This whole time not one of use had a drink of anything to eat. My friend and I who is also diabetic start feeling sick. We get discouraged so I call customer service. Still all they have to say is well idk how you'll get your car started after explaining we don't feel good and how horrible their staff made us feel. Hours go by after call. I gave up trying to get the woman to have a heart and maybe someone ask if we're ok and need any help. So finally around 2:30 pm they bring us out what I am assuming was security manager and a dead battery charger. Finally got keys but car battery was dead. Never once after trying to half way help nothing did they come to help or ask if we were ok. Finally around 3:45 pm I go in to use restroom in casino area. I humanly as possible was my hands and face to try to pull myself together. The attendant guided me out from in front of the sink saying, "oh no, all that was uncalled for." thinking to myself don't cry Sarah don't cry. I splashed a little water around my feet that I fully intended to clean up as I was trying to finish up. Guess I shouldn't have done that and was not moving quick enough. Feeling as though I was going to pass out i quietly left and forced myself to the front desk where I asked to speak to a manager. Waited 15 mins and the young lady to go in the back for manager twice. After second time she alerted me that manager was in a "meeting" and she would be a while. She took my number and I began sobbing as I told her of my experience as well as me being a fan club member and having spent tons of money in the place. Bot only that me and my friends are human as well as someone's child/parent/sibling. I was shamed, embarrassed, sick, hungry, tired and cold. This was even on a Monday so it wasn't busy at all. The moral, human, as well as safe thing to do insurance wise would have been to offer to comp a room and feed at least us 2 diabetic woman. I receive a free buffets for us 4 our troubles, a promise to call from manager, which never happened, and a defeated killed spirit. By the time we got a jump and van started it was 5 or 6 i honestly can't remember. We stunk were filthy from working on car and could barely keep eyes open and the Buffett wasn't open and running for another hour n half from time of gift card. We couldn't and didn't want to wait around for that. So from 11pm on a Sunday till 5-6pm the next afternoon we froze outside without anything to eat or drink or keep us warm at an establishment that makes i believe over 400 million a year. Numbers could be wrong but my point i hope was proven! Never in my life will i go there again. You couldn't pay me to."
