"Swapped out the Vito meat for just turkey and barely any turkey on it. I called about it and they say it's ore portioned... Overpriced for what you're getting. I've been to Jimmy John's multiple times and NEVER gotten this amount of turkey on my sandwich. What exactly am I paying for??? "This isn’t the first time this has happened. I ordered Jimmy John’s at 10:37 and according to the app that is when the received the order. It is currently 11:41 and I am still waiting. My lunch break started at 11:15 and now I am not going to get to eat said sandwich because they took so long. I also called the store, 40 minutes after I placed my order and they said they were on their way, still nothing. At this point I feel like I should be refunded. When I called to get a refund, the lady on the phone basically yelled at me like it was my fault that she was alone and had a lot of orders and i was her last priority. Most logically businesses would apologize and offer a refund not offer to cancel my order. I am a teacher and will now not be able to eat my lunch until 3 and have nothing to drink either until then since they also forgot my drink when I finally received my order at 12:15. If you don’t have the staff to make catering orders then maybe you shouldn’t offer them."
"Same gloves being worn to take credit card payment then used to touch and make the food. My sandwich comes with lettuce and tomato. They forgot to put the tomato. Luckily I have tomatoes at home to put on my own $8.67 sandwich. I have always came to this location. This is the 3rd time noticing the gloves being worn for every thing. Though I love a #9 I will do without the unhealthy practice here."
