"Just showed up five minutes after speaking with someone on the phone that said they were open with my family of 8 and 1 friend to find the doors locked and would not let us in we all waited outside called again talked to manager that said they can’t let us in because they are closing early due to lack of business and being slow!!! Well you just lost a lot more than 9 local customers!! What a shame and btw thats a fire hazard to lock the door with people inside!!! My two kids were crying, it broke their heart!! We even reasoned with them that we would leave on time!!! Don’t go here!!"
"It's like our own little family here with Kat Nick & Leila. They already have our stuff ready for us when we walk in. So sad we're losing Nick but he's goin on to bigger better things! Good luck Nick!"
"Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone! Had my sons birthday party there. From the moment we walked in, we were disrespected by a teenage boy. Was never told "cash only" and we have to pay before we can even bowl! My kids put lots of quarters into there toy machine's and never got a toy. Which they refused to refund. And refused to refund the games we didn't bowl!! Very unprofessional and disrespectful!"
"I have been here a few times and thought it was ok but this last experience really tipped the scale. Everything is covered in oil from the lanes, the kid working the counter was extremely rude and gave us the worst attitude. Our lane kept malfunctioning, and the computer system was also not working right. When we asked for help the kid gave us even more attitude. Sadly this place is dirty, not well kept up and has poor service, so I would not recommend it."
"A little pricy for 2 adults, and 2 kids to bowl 4 games. But it was a good time. Also doesn't have lighter ball for kids age 7... Pretty good food tho."
