"Reserved a unit online, when I got there I found that the unit was too small for my stuff. Attendant at front desk changed me to a larger unit with no problems. Although I have to pay a bit more rent, I am very pleased with this storage business. Much more pleasant than where I previously had my stuff stored at, also in Belleville. Will NOT recommend this place to others. Subtracted stars, was scammed when husband and I tried to find a new place to live. Got several months behind on rent. Tried to explain to them why, they didn't care. Paying on the storage unit slipped my mind as hubby and I were trying to find a place to rent, then got scammed out of lots of money. Was never contacted that I was behind, until they decided to auction off my unit, and wouldn't try to help me out by making extra payments to bring ip my account. Now going to lose what mementos I have left of my deceased parents and many of my things. Would have been nice if they had contacted me about my late payments. Not waiting until it was too late."
"Best prices in town! Very secure, cameras everywhere, gated and locked at night. Well lit! I do believe someone lives on site as well. It's the only place I would store my things and feel so confident that they are well protected. You can also have automatic deductions each month for your rental so you never have to worry about missing a payment. They also have U-Haul available here as well as packing supplies."
