"I was absolutely appalled after speaking to Rita today (4/15/2022). My husband, a veteran of the Air Force, wanted to be seen for burn pit issues. He was denied to become a new patient at this office. The only reason she had to give me was that the Dr. picks through who he wants to see and doesn't want to see. Even though they decided not to see him, that wasn't even the worst part... I asked why he wasn't called, why I wasn't called (I was the number listed to call), and why our doctors office wasn't contacted.... she told me she didn't have a better explanation. Is this supposed to be considered good healthcare?"
