"Made an appointment online to be seen for an injury because they say on their website said they do xrays here. Called before to make sure and the virtual assistant also confirmed they do X-rays. Got to the appointment and the lady in the front was rude and said we’re not doing X-rays today. Nothing “convenient or urgent” about the care people are given here. I asked her when do they do X-rays, she says most days but not today. What kind of answer is that. If you’re hurt and need an xray, you’re better off going to the ER because you won’t know what they treat and don’t treat until you arrive despite what their website and their virtual assistant says."

"I am new to the O’fallon area and I had injured my right foot & I was pretty sure I fractured it but I did not want to go sit at the ER for hours so my boyfriend googled urgent care in this area and found this facility. It was the best experIr cs from beginning to end and there was maybe a 5 minute wait time before I was called back. The facility is very clean and the whole staff was very helpful & pleasant. The NP Angelina is great she takes her time in assessing you and listens to your concerns and she explains everything very well too. I will definitely return to this facility & to this NP if I become ill or have another injury. I was very impressed and I am nurse as well. Thank you again NP Angelina & thank you to your staff as well."

"This was my first time going here, they were fast professional and very efficient. All of the staff were extremely nice. I had to take my son due to some type of injury to his finger. We went around 4:30, and were out by 5. I’m not sure if they are always this quick, as we were the only ones there. But I was very grateful to not have an hours long trip to the ER. My suggestion is go online and schedule the appointment, that way all of your documents are uploaded and forms are filled out. Thank you guys once again, I would recommend them again any day."

"The MA who took my vitals was fabulous and super friendly. The PA was very caring and knowledgeable and she treated me with compassion and had wonderful bedside manners. The front desk does need some work. They were very cold and spoke indirectly to me making it hard to understand what they were even saying. But they weren't exactly rude, just unprofessional so I won't dock stars for that. Overall, a great experience and I will definitely come back to this center as well as recommend it!"

I arrived early in the morning to WellNow Urgent Care and the reception that I received was professional, warm, and friendly. The wait time was short and I received the diagnosis, plan of care and follow-up instructions from a professional and friendly staff in a timely manner. This was my second visit to the facility and I highly recommend it to anyone. I am a very satisfied client."
