From the lady at the animal control who doesn’t care about animals in the slightest, the a corrupt police department who the lower officers have to apologize for actions from higher ups. Randy in the housing department and occupancy is not helpful and hastey. Honestly all the city staff I’ve encountered up here has been horrible."
