"Please do not use the storage unit. They are misleading customers.. They advertise a different price on the website and wait a couple of months after you have moved your stuff in and tell you In an email, due to inflation the price increased. For example, I have a 10 x 10 climate controlled unit. They advertise $97 a month. Just last month I got a email saying due to inflation in the area. The price will now be $144 a month.. But yet when you go on the website, they are still advertising the same unit price for a 10 X10 for $97. I will be moving my stuff out this month and will be using a different storage unit please beware!!!!! Notice another customer wrote, that it used to be really cheap until they went up on prices which is after 6 months and that's when they increase your prices. There's no reason why I should be paying $144 for a 10 x 10 storage unit! They will go up on their unit prices after a few months no matter what they tell you about your locked in price. It’s a lie and it’s misleading. Not to mention, I had a problem with the lock that they sold to me. My key opened up another units key which I thought was mine and noticed it wasn't my stuff. My unit was actually right next-door to the unit I opened and I was able to open that one as well. Their locks are faulty as well, so please beware. I let the office know and they confirmed it and watched me open someone else's unit to see if it was faulty . They ended up giving me a different lock, and I asked them if they were going to let the customer know that their locks are faulty and their unit lock needs to be changed as well, 1 don't think they ever did. Please please save yourself the headache and use a different storage unit."
