"They lose a star to isle and jumers because they have comp rooms just like the other casinos expect the problem is no matter your status or ranking you have to use an actual credit card to book your room. You could have $5000 in PayPal or cash app for instance but thats not good enough for a deposit."
"Love the rooms, the casino is always so clean. Staff in all areas are so friendly and always greet you with a smile. But I must say one of the most impressive things I have seen each time we have visited Rhythm City is you have a food manager there I think his name is Ron. He is always helping the waitresses, busing tables, helping the host, cashiering and always so so pleasant with the patrons. Definitely a team player and really enjoys his job. Thanks Rhythm for the grand experience"

"I have been going to this casino for awhile, I played a lot 3 weeks in a row and went to the front desk to try to get a comp for a meal and was told that I had not played enough for a meal comp. The nice woman Sharon even went to the back and talked to the person in charge and came back and said that they could not give me a comp, I would like to know what you have to do to get a comp? She looked at my points and even she saw that I had played a lot. Never ever have gotten a free meal yet, been coming here for aver 3 years."
"My husband and I have been here before to visit the casino, but this was the first weekend staying in the hotel. We stayed in a corner suite which was wonderful and really clean. The front desk staff were so nice and very accommodating. The only draw back to the room was the lighting situation. There were several light switches including a master switch by the door. This was incredibly confusing, one switch turned on one light, another switch turned off another - but turned on another. The little reading lights by the bed would only work if the actually bedroom light was on, which kind of defeated the purpose. We did go to Ruthies on the top floor and it was good and would recommend it."
