"Our experience with Classic Construction was nothing short of exceptional. We had a vision for our kitchen/pantry that included multiple custom features: frameless cabinetry; flush uppers/lowers/fillers; horizontal grain; multiple built-ins; door/drawer accessories; panel-ready appliances; a rolling ladder system; etc. In addition, the design and configuration of our cabinets and the size of our appliances required a custom soffit be designed and built as part of this project. The flush-front design added another layer of complexity and required precision craftsmanship. Basically, we had a complicated concept, an extensive “kit of parts”, a number missing or incorrect parts and no instructions! Patrick rose to the challenge and provided excellent quality and a beautiful end result! After two previous contractors walked away from the opportunity due to its complexities, Patrick was recommended to us by a mutual friend / trusted flooring contractor. Patrick provided detailed pricing, a realistic timeline and was very clear on what we should expect from him - and he delivered. From day one, Patrick committed to providing us with weekly updates. Every Monday morning throughout the duration of our project, Patrick updated us with what had been completely the week prior; what was scheduled for the upcoming week and any supplies or materials needed to proceed. I cannot emphasize how important that level of communication was to us. There were no surprises and I felt like we were always on the same page. No matter the size or scope of a project, things happen; visions change, there’s an unexpected pipe in the wall, vendors deliver incorrect materials, products arrive late, etc. As issues arose, Patrick proactively communicated with us and was always prepared with options, solutions and was up-front about any potential financial or schedule impacts.
