"One of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. I was extremely polite to there staff the entire time. Had to practically beg them to answer a few simple questions I had. Employee had a scowl on his face the entire time like I was inconvenienceing him. I could understand if they were buisy, but I was the only customer in the store and I seen atleast 6 Employees or managers in store. 1 example was when Employee and I wasn't sure which part I needed, I asked very politely if he could look at the part so I don't buy the wrong one. He emmidetetly answered no in a very rude way instead of politely refusing or agreeing to look at it for me in my time of need or to be treated with some dignity. At the very least not to add to my allready bad day. I could go on with more examples but it would be redundant. I was already having such a bad day because of the car problems I was having I really could of done without the employee that I was hoping was going to be my savior in my time of need not making things harder on me. I left and went to the other autoparts store that's very close to them. It was a completely different experience. Thay had No problem coming to look at the car or answering my questions. They tested multiple things on my car for free which allowed me to pinpoint the issue. they even gave me a referral for a mechanic. I ended up spending over $800 in parts with the other parts store. Which in a way means this autozone is paying a couple bad apples to ensure their competition gets more life time customers."
