"DRP came highly recommended to us so we had high hopes. The work itself was great. The issues we experienced were mainly due to communication. We were asked the same questions multiple times by different people, yet some of the employees that came to do the job seemed unaware of a few items that needed to be dealt with. A couple times they were freaking out over things that weren't listed or something that wasn't communicated to them. They said that all of the debris and furniture would be hauled away but then seemed confused when we asked them to do it. Our estimate included $225 to clean furniture that ended up being thrown out because it wasn't salvageable. When I called to ask to have that removed from our final bill, they said it would cost more to dispose of the furniture than to clean it so "it is what it is," yet, we had to dispose of roughly 60% to 70% of all the trash, furniture, and debris from the job. They plugged in a dehumidifier but didn't set it up properly so my father and I had to fix that as well. Everyone on the phone was super friendly and they moved up the available job date so it would be completed before we moved in to our new house which was greatly appreciated though. However, overall our experience was a negative one."

"From the initial estimate to completion of the job, these guys were great. Our basement started flooding back in February after all the snow started melting and we were looking into waterproofing and having a sump pump installed. A friend recommended DRP and I'm so glad they did! They were incredibly professional and completed the job in less than a day and a half. I highly recommend them and would use them again if the need arises."
