"I am writing to share my positive experience with B&B Heating and Cooling. On July 20, 2024, I called to request service for my AC unit compressor. I was promptly scheduled for a repair on July 21, 2024. During this service, I had the pleasure of meeting Rich, whose professionalism and excellent customer service were impressive. This is not my first experience with B&B Heating and Cooling; I have used their services on several occasions. Most notably, in November of last year, they upgraded my furnace. Each time, the quality of their work and their dedication to customer satisfaction have been outstanding. If you are looking for a customer-focused company that truly cares about the quality of work they provide, look no further than B&B Heating and Cooling. They are top tier in every regard."

"B&B was absolutely amazing with service and urgency. We recently had a 20 year old unit break and we needed a new unit. Another company charged us 400 dollars to clean it before leaving us with nothing when they realized it was leaking freon. We checked prices for new units and B&B came in with the lowest price while also answering every question I had during the whole process. They also went well out of their way to make sure we stayed cool until they were able to get the new unit in. From start to finish they cared, were urgent, were prompt, professional, and had the full knowledge and patience for any question we had. I dont write a ton of reviews but I have to give B&B a ton of credit. They are amazing and a very good choice if you need work done."

They were prompt, professional, explained everything thoroughly. Both installs required some duct work modification and they did a beautiful job. "I was in the process of selling my house and had to have my HVAC cleaned and serviced as a request of the buyers so decided to go with B&B Heating & Cooling. When I went to check on their work a day after them servicing and cleaning my HVAC unit the place was a WRECK, they left dirt everywhere. As you can see in the pictures, DIRT was SMEARED all over my new door that was just installed and someone had wiped their dirty hand all over the wall! I asked to have them come out and clean their mess, but they refused and said it was my fault that the furnace was so dirty. I would not recommend them to anyone, they left the place much dirtier than what it was before they arrived and refused to clean anything up. LOOK AT THE PICTURES!"
