"The guys gave me a repair estimate for my John Deere riding mower last year, but when I went in to pay for it, the actual bill was much lower than the quoted price. I asked what had happened and they told me that the repair didn’t take as much time as they’d anticipated so the cost to me was lower. As a single woman who knows next to nothing about lawnmower repair, they could have charged me what they had quoted (or more) and I wouldn’t have known better. I really respect that kind of honesty. AND they are great at fixing lawnmowers! I would recommend them to anyone who has a mower that needs a repair"
