Welcome to the Troup County Health Department Administration Building, your local government office dedicated to safeguarding and enhancing the health of our community. Conveniently located at 900 Dallis Street, Suite A, LaGrange, Georgia, our facility provides a comprehensive range of health services to meet the needs of our residents.

Our Services Include:

- COVID-19 Response: We offer free COVID-19 rapid self-test kits in our lobby, subject to availability. Schedule your COVID-19 vaccine appointment online or by calling (800) 847-4262.

- Health Screenings: Confidential STD screenings, HIV testing, PPD skin tests for TB, and hearing, vision, and nutrition screenings for schoolchildren.

- Medicaid Assistance: We provide presumptive pregnancy Medicaid assistance to support expecting mothers.

- Environmental Health: Visit our Environmental Health Office for services related to community health and safety. Please note, our office is closed for lunch from 12 p.m. to 1 p.m. daily.

- WIC and Nutrition Center: Our WIC center offers nutrition support and is available by appointment. Call 706-298-6080 or 770-722-0633 to schedule. Closed for lunch from 12 p.m. to 1 p.m. daily.

Community Initiatives:

- January is National Birth Defects Prevention Month. Our Children's Medical Program collaborates with healthcare providers to ensure children access quality healthcare services at no cost.

- Stay informed about severe weather threats in Georgia. Prepare a safety plan and stay updated with NOAA weather alerts.
