"Poor quality. My family purchased a ding room set and not even a year later the right front leg on 6 out of 8 chairs split. We purchased the damage protection plan and spent the last 6 months trying to get our claim resolved. A family of 6 can’t share a meal together since we only have 2 chairs.. if I knew we would be able to file a claim I wouldn’t have bought the table and chairs"

"Ordered a couch and was advised by the salesperson it would be two weeks. The only reason I purchased was because it met my timeline otherwise I would have continued my search. Followed up 2 weeks later after several calls and messages and was advised it would be about 5-6 weeks, but they would see what they could do what they could to move up delivery. I returned to the store almost 2 hours away from the area I’m working, because my calls are not being returned to get an update in person. I was advised they have the exact same couch on order for someone else and the mobile home customer does not need it as fast as I do so they can possibly move things around, but would confirm on the next day of business first thing and follow up. I didn’t receive the call first thing from the manager, so I call them. After discussing with the clerk that answers the phone and waiting on return call the clerk advised the sofa can be picked up that day from the warehouse. I send someone I had in the area to pick it up and bring to my home 4 hours away. That evening I receive the delivery open the plastic wrapped sofa labeled for a mobile home the manager mentioned and it’s the wrong color not even close to what I ordered. I called to speak with the manager the next day he was unavailable. I called again to speak with the salesperson who was aware of the situation he says he didn’t know I had received a sofa or arrangements had been made for me to receive a sofa and I explained it was the wrong color. He requests I send him a picture and says he will pass it on to management and see what we can do to make it right, so I sent him a text of what I ordered and what I received. That was the last communication. Although, it was the wrong color I had no choice to keep it because I didn’t have 9 hours to drive to and from the store and I had no alternatives and needed by the date I received it so there was no going back at that point. Overall, not a pleasant experience."

"The store literally goes from the highest priced rug I have ever seen to yard sale junk in the basement. I saw a few pieces I considered, but for the most part everything was higher priced than my working class wallet was willing to open up for."

"We shopped for a split king adjustable bed and had a lot of questions. Buying a new bed these days is like buying a car. Kristen was very knowledgeable, patient and friendly. We really appreciated all of the time she took with us. We were able to decide on just the right package for our needs. We met Mr. Lott as well. A very nice gentleman. We love shopping family owned local stores. That personal touch can't be topped and Kristen does it well."

"Our shopping experience with Lott's was great. We were fortunate enough to have a very kind and helpful sales associate, Samantha Chaney, to help us. She was very professional and so patient as she listened to and answered all of our questions. We never felt pressured at all and she was very understanding of our needs for the furniture for our home. She called us when she said she would to follow up with pricing. When we made our final decision to purchase the entire set, she quickly got us the best price. We are so excited about the upcoming delivery of our new bedroom suit. Thank you Samantha!
