"ER staff nurses and doctors were great. I felt taken care of and appreciate all their efforts to make me feel better in my time of need."

"They had me sitting in a hallway bed for over an hour and a half just to draw blood and urine work, when I was told it should have been done in triage. It took me trying to leave four different times just to have the proper work done, and even then I was sitting there for almost six hours before they came to talk to me. I had to find out through my ONLINE CHART that I had a miscarriage, because they were too busy calling my clinical doctors that had left work TWO HOURS PREVIOUSLY. Then when they finally came over to “apologize” they tried to call me incompetent saying I could not read my own test results. Also overheard nurses yelling “not me,” or “I’m not it,” when code blues were being called. They made it very clear, loudly stating in the hallways, how irritated they were with my concerns and my mother’s advocacy to find out what was going on. Overall a very unprofessional place, in my personal opinion, and will not be returning. Get your staff together Redmond ER."

"Not a good experience, my drs office advise that I go to the er due to a gastrointestinal bacterial infection if my symptoms were to get worse since this was a Friday evening. The nurses were wonderful, so nice and attentive. The ‘resident’ on call was worthless and that’s just the truth. I had to repeat myself at least 8 times to her and she still asked the same thing over and over and even said ‘I know you just told me can you tell me again’. Then she looked at me crazy when I told her what my drs office said and said ‘I don’t know why they would have told you to come here, we treat emergencies.’ She said my blood work looked great and the only infection they could see was a little bit from my urine sample, after leaving I checked the portal and all of my blood work numbers were either high or low for the infection markers. That’s not great blood work to me. I’m sorry but if you’re training to be in this profession, learn some bedside manners."

"Everyone was helpful and nice. The only problem was that the nurse who gave me my instructions had the wrong papers to begin with. I questioned why I was to take a certain prescription and she asked another nurse about it. It was for another patient. Make sure you or someone with you can check your information to make sure it is correct anywhere you are."

"The treatment and customer service is top of the line! From the beginning at the reception desk to the triage, and back at the treatment area my wife felt respected and treated with kindness and compassion during the whole treatment process. The attending Physician Assistant and Registered Nurse was spot on in administering the necessary tests and medication for her to obtain the desired results. She came into the hospital emergency room feeling terrible and dizzy, but was diagnosed and treated with medication and appropriate follow up instructions. The patient care provided to my wife demonstrated that the emergency room staff is definitely an excellent asset to AdventHealth Hospital."
