"I was told and have a reciept for a car wash at a certain price for 3 months, but they changed it to 2 months despite what my reciept says. I talked to 2 younger people that were very short with me, but told me a manager would call me. It took over a week for a manager to call me back about the issue. He basically told me that I was out of luck because it's a 2 month deal. I could tell that he didn't care about my issue. Also, while I was there I saw a man put rags from the dirty bucket into the clean pile. Sometimes there isn't any rags available at all. Everyone that works there does not seem to care about customer service ."

"Got a car from Nissan that I love, but the shifter is still a bit new to me, seeing as it is not a standard shifter. Every time I go through the car wash and put it in neutral, it’s been a stressful experience, and the attendants don’t make it any better. Every single time I go through, there is a gal that screams directly at my window to put my car into neutral, which I am obviously trying to do. Even though the car washes come for free with the purchase of my car, I think I’m just going to opt out and go somewhere else. On top of that, my car always leaves with watermarks and the Windex that they provide leaves soap streaks in my car…."
