"The first few times I seen Dr. Horton he was great, answered all my questions, very professional, and simply helped like you would expect a doctor to do. Dr. Horton told me to see him any time I needed help with medical problems. As a medically retired Marine, I thought this was great compared to most treatment I received in the military. I recently had covid (mid August) and wanted to get a rapid test for work. I called to inquire about this and was told since I have not been seen in 2 years ( I was healthy for 2 years) I would have to start over as a new patient, which denied me the rapid test. Ok, so I scheduled an appointment which was a few weeks away. I still had not seen Dr. Horton but ultimately tested positive for covid. I called and explained the situation and asked if Dr. Horton could recommend any medications for some of the symptoms and was told the same thing about needing to be seen before he could help with anything. I finally had my appointment on November 8 at 11am. I showed up and was told the appointment was at 10am. Wrong, but I didn't argue. However, the waiting room was completely empty and no cars in the parking lot. I can't imagine a physical lasting long enough (based off of the numerous physicals I have had in the past) to inconvenience anyone to include a doctor who has a patient needing to be seen. Looking for a new doctor now."
