"Almost intentionally difficult to make the U-Turn into the actual car wash and no you won't get clear direction from the staff on how to line your car back up right. I also had a COP parked in the vacuum spots casually looking into mine and other cars as we cleaned them. I drive an extra 15 min to a different location, you should too."

"My husband took his 2015 Chrysler 300 to get it washed and it damaged our car. We made a claim and they said they will not cover it (it took the mirror cover off). We have 4 memberships and will be canceling all 4 and letting ANYONE and EVERYONE know to no longer use this place"

"I come in on 5-23-2024 at 10:20am and they refuse to allow me to pay cash for 1 month of the rookie car wash. I let them know our business has over 50 cars and we need to pay month to month so we can reimburse our drivers and he refused our business. I am sure the corporate model isn't to turn down 50 local customers but it seemed fine to the employees.."
