Skypark Airport Parking

"I recently applied for a position at Skypark but when I filled out the application I mistakenly gave them my older sister’s number (as her number is only one number off from mine) The hiring manager (I’m guessing) called her and she hung up since they didn’t ask for her. He called back and left a NASTY, RUDE & UNACCEPTABLE message on her phone. As an HR professional myself, you cannot let your emotions affect your job and that is what this gentleman (and I use the term oh so lightly) did. Based on his attitude from the message my sister let me hear, it would not have been a pleasant environment to work, and probably isn’t the best place for customers either! I hope he gets the training he desperately needs and I hope calls are recorded and monitored."

"Never had a problem until I let them valet my truck. Got back from my trip late at night exhausted got home and on my drivers side door was a mark where someone scraped a car door against it peeling off about a dime size piece of paint."

"I had been a skylark loyalist for the past 7 years. In the past few months they have turned awful. Very Slow pick up. Other shuttles cycle through 3x more often. I have literally watched ez park come around 3 times while waiting 1/2 hour. Will be parking where and warning others away"

"I've used them for a long time, but I will never park here again. They are consistently the last shuttle company to pick up customers from the airport. I've been waiting for a shuttle at terminal 2 for 20 minutes, zero shuttles have come. I called and requested a shuttle when I landed. I've been calling again but nobody will answer the phone. Terrible."

"This parking and shuttle service is OUTSTANDING! Every employee was professional, kind, friendly, and quick to help with our luggage. I felt completely comfortable leaving my car there while we were gone. After the shuttle was almost to the airport, I realized that I had forgot a few important items, and I needed to go back to my car. The shuttle driver smiled and said it wasn't a problem. We picked up a family from the airport and headed back. She patiently waited while I went to my car and got my items. I don't move fast because of only having about 1/3 of my lung function. The return shuttle was easy to catch and we waited less than 10 minutes. The driver on that shuttle also helped with all of our luggage and was very friendly. He unloaded all the bags when we got to the parking lot. The Skypark Airport Parking is literally minutes from the airport. Their rates are very reasonable. Plus, if you need to hurry these are your people. Our luggage was out of our car and on the shuttle in minutes. I believe they even offer valet parking. We weren't in a big hurry, so I parked my car myself. Thank you to everyone at Skypark Airport Parking!! You all helped make our once in a lifetime trip start and end on a great note!"
