"I have lived here for almost 9 years. I've never had any problems except with the neighbor. I took care of it myself, but if it wasn't resolved, then I would've gone to the manager. Some people don't take responsibility for their own actions and it shows. If you abide by the rules (like you have to anywhere) and not show your butt, you'll make it a great place to live. The lot rent is reasonable, the management is strict, but that's what keeps the place nice and livable. There's nothing wrong with that! It's a nice, quiet neighborhood. I gave it 4 stars because there are some improvements that need to be made, but they say they're in the works."

"Tammy is a thief and liar. The company who owns this park in Texas is a friggin joke too! They steal from tenants and employees as well. Do not rent from her or this company! If Moore Enterprises in Texas owns a property you're looking at, RUN the other direction. They violate fair housing across the board, repair nothing and place blame everywhere other than themselves."

"This is an ideal place to live if you want to live in town at an affordable price and your ok with living in a mobile home park. However this place is not suitable for large breed dogs due to fences are prohibited. Overall this park one of the better mobile home parks in the St. Charles County area."

"Bought a home there then applied for residency. We had decent credit and great incomes (more than 5x the pad rent). Very quiet friendly type. Was denied due to my rental history. Then offered 3-6 months of pad rent up front as a sign of good faith that we can easily afford it. Not felons or sex offenders of any kind either. Still said no then tried telling us to sell trailer. Now we're pulling it because they lost our respect. Could've even potentially given them more money but they wanted to be stubborn. Wanted to live there but after seeing some of the people and learning about the manager's spies around the neighborhood, no thanks. I have kids and wouldn't recommend this place to anyone anymore. Horrible experience."
