"Their service was bad. They gave me the wrong sandwich. When I called to complain, they said bring it back. Once you are home, do you really want to drive back, I don't! So not only did I pay for something I didn't get, I got a one resolution option. Most fast food places offer a credit on your next visit!"

"They will not wait on anyone in the lobby. They will have long lines out front and NO ONE will even come out there to help people. This is the worst McDonald’s in the area. You could be waiting on your food for 30 minutes or more. That is not fast food. Most employees in there have a bad attitude and don’t want to work to help people with their orders. The drive through is slow as well, but a little faster than going in the restaurant. You should pick a different McDonald’s to go to if you want good service. It has even gotten worse in the last two years. Management needs to improve stuff big time."

"Every time I ask for Big Mac sauce which I’m charged for I always ask at drive thru if it’s in the bag and they don’t even look and say yea it’s in the bag. And 90% of the time it isn’t. Then last time I went it happened again but I decided to check bag before I left and of course it wasn’t in there. So I told them then he comes back with on squirt of sauce which I payed for the extra side of Mac sauce. I said something then the manager wasn’t going to give me more sauce until I complained about the guy not even checking after I asked him. I don’t understand what does the manager get out of being rude and giving me one drop of sauce. Like does she get extra money? And who wants to pay for one squirt of sauce not even enough for my fry’s. Their sauce cups have more sauce. I went there Thursday around 4 and the manager was a Hispanic middle aged lady didn’t catch her name."

"My boyfriend and I stopped and had lunch. This was the first time that either of us had been inside to eat in a very long time. The service was excellent and friendly. Best experience at a McDonald's. Thanks for your amazing service."

"LITERALLY the rudest staff I have EVER encountered. The drive through lady made me cry because of how rude she was. And the food reflex’s how much their staff hate working there. Food was cold and I felt like they gave me what they made yesterday. I never write reviews but I am having the worst day and for this lady to be that rude was just icing on the cake and very unacceptable. I will never ever go there again. I’d drive extra to go to a different McDonald’s."
