"I've just gotten this phone from there yesterday 12.11.2018 & already it's running hot, freezing up, & the battery dies 1hour after it's been off the charger. I've called to get an refund but was told that i couldn't get one. That I could only exchange the phone or get another one & pay the difference. Like I'm loosing out of money either way it goes.
