"Went Into the store Located In Thomson, Georgia to pay cash for a full size Mattress and Box Spring... Sales lady offered to help then abruptly left me to take a payment from a customer.. Two other employees standing in corner chatting never bothered to ask if I needed help.. Lost cash sale due to poor customer service. Went To Farmers Furniture Instead and Made Purchase.."
"I told the lady that runs the store (she was the only one there) that I had absolutely no credit. I am only 18 so I know I have no credit. However, I go to college, with a job, and can afford payments here. She would have been able to know all of this had she stayed off her phone. She went to check my credit, said it came back no good. I said, "Well I have no credit." She replied with "Oh, I couldn't have guessed." Then I asked what kind of check it was (like if it would go against my credit) and she told me it was a hard check (meaning it went against my credit). So now my credit will always show a negative credit check that should have never happened."
