"Payed for a king bed then they switch it to a double. I wasn't happy about it, I said a cuss word and they called the cops. The very heavy set manager wasn't too happy about the fact the police couldn't do anything to me. Stay away if ur an adult who sometimes uses profanity"

"I always have a positive experience at the Hampton. They allow me to check in early when my flight arrives early, staff members are very professional and helpful. The complimentary breakfast was good and the breakfast staff are extremely friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel."

"Great weekend long stay. The staff at this location was so courteous and friendly, definitely setting the bar for any other hotel visits. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. My only recommendation would have been the shower in our room needed some attention. Conveniently located off I-20 with plenty of fast food options around."

"This Hampton Inn was a great stopping point on the way to Opileka AL. The staff was wonderful, very helpful and friendly! The woman at the front desk remembered our room number and called me by name when we walked up to check out. Impressive! Breakfast was very nice. Lots of options including grits, cereal, waffles, bacon, bagels, pastries, yogurt and fruit cups. Room was very clean, great water pressure and lots of hot water in the shower! Nice outdoor pool area where we enjoyed an adult beverage before dinner. Price online was the same as that quoted me when I called to make the reservation. Highly recommend this hotel to any traveler in the Augusta, GA area!"

"We stayed at the Hampton Inn on a whim considering we were traveling at night and caught a nail in one of our tires. I was very impressed with the staff. Everyone I encountered spoke when walking past them. From the maintenance staff, to housekeepers, front desk and breakfast cook. I was very surprised now says it’s hard to get great customer service but this place went above and beyond. The rooms were spacious and clean. Soft beds made for a great night’s rest. Pet friendly, but still completely quiet throughout the hotel. I believe they had dog treats to offer not sure. Plenty of parking in the front and back entrance of the hotel. I chose this Hampton Inn over the competitor hotel Days Inn located on the same road bc their reviews said the card entries didn’t work. All of the entry doors at Hampton Inn work and are in close proximity to the front desk staff who were alert to everyone who entered the building. I’d rather spend $30 more a night and feel safe. We definitely enjoyed the overnight stay and it made the awful flat tire situation turn into a fun overnight break. Thank you Hampton Inn, you’ve gained a new customer for life!"
