"This place is horrible. My father passed and my mother has been trying her best to get paperwork done on a vehicle. She is by herself and doesn't understand alot of these processes in place. Let me tell you, no one at this place will help. After 3 visits she finally has all her ducks in a row. God love these elderly who's family lives out of town and has no one. We were turned away at the door at 4:57. They clsoe at 530. They were very ugly. We were told it would take too long. The other day she was told it won't only take 10 to 15 minutes when she got the last paper needed. Shame on this place!"
"It's always slow. One of the ladies constantly has an attitude and sarcastic tone, not real sure who she knows to keep that position. Need more workers that actually work."
"First off I love my town but Yolanda the supervisor at the tag office has horrible customer service. Long story short I had a check from the dealership for my taxes on my new car and it was made out to me I didn't know they could not take that it needed to be made out to them however they stamped the back of it so now my bank would not take it. I said to her I can sign the back and u can deposit it. She said no I said we'll no I'm being inconvenienced because the check is stamped she well either pay with your own money or we can just cancel the transaction until you get your little check redone so I just paid and then had to drive all the way to Columbus to get a new check. She never said I'm sorry but just got an attitude and was nasty and even laughing at the situation. Horrible customer service especially from someone that is a supervisor."
"No one will ever answer the phone, in either office. The lines are backed up in Lanett and you wait for at least an hour. no one gets in a hurry, like they said, we aren't leaving until 5. I just wanted to ask one question. Such rude people. I have no idea if they still send out tax due things & did not get one since Paul took over. Why can't anyone in the courthouse answer a phone? Why did I not receive a notice? How much can an I expect to pay? HELP> I have left messages for a week so no one checks their phones."
