"Came here again on 8/28 and still was given crap service. The animals literally look like they’re dying. Don’t even come here, if you care about your animals wellbeing you would just go to PetSmart up the road. They’re disgusting here. Manager is weird and will just stand around to watch you and constantly ask if you need help but never helps"

"If I could give a 1,000 zeros I would for one they no longer can keep groomers two the staff upfront are disrespectful especially WHISPER ive been going to petsense for years and today is the day i've had enough my dogs nor i will EVER return there they are extremely rude and i see why they can't keep groomers no one wants to deal with the nasty employees and management STAY AWAY FROM PETSENSE!!"

"This store gives the worst customer service. I was crawling on my hands and knees, struggling to get a big box of cat litter to the cash register. The store clerk, Bri looked at me like she didn't know what to do. The customer that was at the counter had to be the one to ask me if I needed help. Then, when I spoke up and told the customer that the store clerk should've been the one to ask if I needed help, the store clerk proceeded to laugh at me and say that I could've asked for help. If you're a store clerk, and you see a customer crawling on their hands and knees struggling to get something to the register, you are supposed to help them immediately. This store clerk really had the nerve to tell me that I could've asked for help. Of course I did. You just think that I enjoyed having to crawl on my hands and kness to get the big box of litter to the register? Are you dumb? No customer should ever ever have to be the one to ask the store clerk for help, especially if they're crawling on their hands and knees to the damn register. I wish I could give this store zero stars."

"If it was possible to give a zero star I would’ve! I took my kitten there for her first bath since adopting her from the Humane Society. Where she was treated for fleas and everything else before I purchase her Also let it be known that she remained indoors at all times. Upon bringing her home and getting on the bed as usual I noticed something on her face & behold it was fleas everywhere on her! I was so upset when I took her into the bathroom and proceeded to wash her face and more of them dropping off from her at work body something we never endured before going here! Michael took the time to try to resolve this issue and I thank him for understanding!"
