"Ordered a simple year marker for my dad's grave three months ago. Been leaving messages for over 3 weeks with no call back. They actually answered the phone on Monday and the girl promised that Cathy would call me back and here it is Thursday with no call back. I had to sign a contract to order the marker. Just want to know if it has actually been ordered or not. Guess I will go somewhere else to get the year marker."

"My brother Hank passed away July 1, 2020 & we wanted something very specific for him. Since this was during the midst of the covid pandemic it made the task difficult to deliver. But what an amazing job & I cannot thank them enough for the effort of working with us to get the design done & done well. From the design to on site construction in a remote area of Chambers Co. it is on point!! You can't see it in the pic bc the glass is so clear but there's glass inserts in the front & back of the urn that is fixed into the head stone. And the price was amazing also!! Just WOW. (Here come the tears!) Thank you Cathy & the entire crew for such a fine monument to my brother. "
"My husband passed away 6 months ago. I had been wanting a certain stone for my husband. I checked at one place and the cost was high. The funeral home gave me the name of a local man that I don’t mind sharing his name Chris Banks and several times just stopped contacting me. Finally God sent me to the right place. This lady is awesome. Her price was way below both other places. Not only that she worked to get just what I had in mind . I’m so very thankful I found Valley Monument.
