"I have been going to this same cash wash for a year or so now. The owner, and owners son have been wonderful to work with. Every time I go get my car wash they are so kind to give me a dry cloth , and wash my whole car due to the machine not always getting all the dirt. They have always been so nice and saying yes they will. Today I went to get my car wash because my car was dirty and I rolled down my window like normal to ask if they can please wash my whole car . Dayshawn ”the manager” said I will not wash your whole car with the car wash broom. I then brought up nicely that I have been going here for a year and I talked with the owner and owners son and they said that if I ask who ever is washing my car that they would take the extra minute to take the broom and wash my car to get the extra dirt off. The manager then started getting an attitude with me saying no he will not wash my car. While I was trying to talk with him for us to get on the same page he then went up and clicked the button when my window was down trying to push my car forward for him not to have to talk with me anymore. He raised his voice at me and said no he will not wash my car. He didn’t even give me the towel that they pass out to dry the vehicles with. During this experience he showed me the worst customer service I have ever had. By raising his voice at me, and pushing the button while my window was down for me to go through the car wash to possibly get wet. I am going to cancel my membership because of this."

"This experience at this particular car wash was definitely one I enjoyed to the fullest. For starters, before selecting which wash I desired to have, workers came out to assist with each customer and even started on their tires. As for any selection you choose, you're able to use their vacuum cleaners free of charge. Then you can add any add on, to your car wash experience if you forgot to bring something with you. Overall, this location has become my primary stop to come to in town."
