"This is a very disappointing place. The updates to the rooms are on par with a novice house flipper. Everything is done as cheap as possible. The pool has been filled in with dirt, so that's out. There is an overgrown abandoned parking lot next door with what appears to be homeless camping. The bathroom was the best part. I say this because my pictures are awesome."

"I usually don’t leave bad reviews unless absolutely necessary. I do not want anyone to make the same mistake I did. I saw reviews talking bad about the service (I don’t care about that because certain people clash) lady at front desk was great. The place was not. Very run down, not clean, stuff falling apart. I got 3 rooms they all was bad one the ac didn’t work so they put us in another and it was bad. Black mold in lots of places. Bugs in the tub. Moisture so bad from the ac that the floor and items sweating condensation so bad it looked like something spilled or mopped. That’s why they have mold issue. If I had not paid Expedia in full I would not have stayed. Please loot at my photos and see for yourself. I have stayed in plenty of cheap hotels but don’t stay here. Also looks like some residents live there as well and even had bags outside their room with clothes in it overnight."

"Beyond disappointed. I booked in advance for a room from April 24 to the 26th. When I arrived, they told me “we have no more rooms”. Then offer me a room, with no room key, which I said no to, for obvious safety reasons, and due to the fact the room had muddy boot prints and sticky stains on the night stand, disgusting. They then told me I would be refunded the following morning. Two months later I’m still battling to get my money back. I disputed through my bank and my bank contacted them. They lied and told the credit card company that I was “supplied a clean room that meets expectations.” Now I’ve been playing phone tag with the manager for over almost a month who refuses to respond to my email. Beyond disappointed at the way they’ve held my payment hostage after giving away my reserved room. Not to mention I had to book a more expensive hotel right down the road, because that was the only place still available in the area."

"The rooms were ok. The front desk lady was rude. We had 4 people staying in a room and she gave us 1 towel and 1 wash cloth. Told us we had to bring back the dirty ones before we could get new ones. Housekeeping apparently on comes on Wednesdays (we checked in on a Thursday so luckily for us we had clean sheets that day) couldn’t get any new ones however. The old lady at the front was unnecessarily rude. Also was over charged when we extended our stay one night and we didn’t get the cash deposit back. Guess we asked for too many towels"

"On the night of May 3, 2024 we booked a room and it was done online. Upon arrival we were met with a very rude front desk staff. We were asked for cash deposit which was not advertised online, at the door, or front desk ( she brought a paper from the office in the back to show us). We're also told if we wanted to use our card It would be a $250 deposit, which was the deposit for smoking in the room. She made assumptions, why would we do that as the hotel is advertised as smoke free. We asked to speak to a manager because this has never happened and were told no several times that she would not call him, and to due it ourselves. We do like the hotel I want to make that clear. We don't like the service from the lady nor the way we were treated as frequent/paying customers. We never experienced this from prior staff. *Edit* Also smoke detector had no batteries, and we had dirty towels."
