"Whoever is in the office is rude & very unprofessional. They sell you a mobile home and then you have to get lawyers involved to get your title bc they don’t give it to you within that 30 days they say. This place here has been a MESS & will never progress. I would never recommend no one buy or renting from this place."
"I see an improvement with the park. The community manger currently is very good with communication if she does not know the answer she will find one . The park has came along way and hopefully the management and manger stays with us . Looking forward for more improvements"
"I wish I didn’t have to give a star at all because they don’t deserve that even. I would not recommend this place to anyone, they change management Like underwear. I have various types of green mold, electrical issues a leaking ceiling and a huge roach infestation since I’ve been living here and despite complaints to management and the city nothing is being done. Management claims that it’s my responsibility to cover the issues with my unit so it makes me wonder why I’m even paying rent. Anyone out there please take heed to my warnings and DONT MOVE OUT HERE! Run as fast as you can to another property!"
