"The HOA site manager (Mark) does not return phone calls nor does he answer the phone number listed. The previous tenant had the same issues with fixing maintenance problems that the property manager state that HOA fees cover ie the 24 in x 18in x 6 in deep pot hole which is in front of my Unit which I have to navigate in order to park my vehicles. Not to mention the other tenants that that to dodge it to they can pass. Lack of pressure washing of the surrounding property’s. If I was a property owners here I would demand a detailed list of how my HOA fees are spent. Because they are not investing in the infrastructure of this community."
