When I encountered a blowout on the highway and realized I wouldn’t make it in time before closing, the manager was incredibly understanding and assured me that they would wait for my arrival to help fix my tire. They were true lifesavers! The prices were very reasonable, and I was by the cleanliness of the environment. They even have a play area for kids, as well as spotless restrooms. I highly recommend this business to anyone in need of their services. You won't be disappointed!"
"Compassionate service. We were on a road trip and had tire issues. The shop we were towed to recommended this shop and called ahead for us, to be sure they had the tire we needed. We arrived just before closing and they took the time to check ALL the tires and install our purchase."
"If I could give negative stars I would starting from quoting prices over the phone and not honoring them to taking 2hrs just to tell me they don’t even have the tire in stock and now I have to pay almost 100$ more for the new tire they do have in stock. I was told I’d be in and out in 45 min and it’s going on 3hrs. All the while I see all the mechanics talking playing basketball with water bottles basically everything BUT work but hey who am I . Will NEVER come back to this mavis the management is complete chaos as well doesn’t know anything about anything on information when people call ahead. Will definitely be getting corporates number and complaining worst experience in my LIFE 3hrs plus to change one Tire HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE and I’m talking specifically about Thomas behind the desk"
"Service was great! They got me back on the road quickly and everyone was very friendly. Even though they were short staffed and I didn't have an appointment they took care of everything so I could continue my trip."
"Had scheduled appointment for basic services earlier in the day so that it couldn’t possibly get too backed up. Showed for appointment on time, was told it may be a while, because of how busy they are. After 3 hours of seeing my car in same spot, I inquired. Was told I’m next. After 30 more minutes of no action, I left. They were very busy, but was told that “corporate” just allows many people to book same appointment times, so it was significantly overbooked. I don’t believe this to be the fault of the shop. But this same thing has happened at 2 other shops owned/operated by Mavis corporation."
