Hampton Inn Kingsland

"I had an awful experience at the comfort suite in Kingsland. I went to 4 other hotels to find a new place to stay for a couple days visiting family. I walked into the Hampton Inn and was pleasantly surprised! I encountered excellent treatment, after an awful morning experience, by 2 wonderful employees there. Harley Whitney and Melissa Jarret took all my troubles and stress right away. They were a blessing for sure. I've stayed many different city's and hotels. At this Hampton Inn you will be treated like royalty no matter who you are. I highly recommend this hotel, and say hello to the girls for me!"

"If you are looking for a home away from home, go to the Kingsland, Georgia Hampton Inn. The rooms were extremely clean and the front staff were especially kind and helpful. We appreciated their suggestions, concern for our comfort and good conversation. Overall, the hotel runs on a dime - extremely well-organized and great attention to detail. We would like to give a special thank-you to Melissa Powell, the manager and Harley at the front desk. Thank You!!"

"If I could give this hotel 0 stars, I would. The entire establishment reeks of mildew, making it nearly unbearable to stay. Our room was filthy, with debris on the floor. When we attempted to cancel our reservation a mere 5 minutes after checking in, we were told we had to wait until the next day to speak with a manager. Days later, when we finally managed to speak to a manager, they offered us a partial refund. We didn’t partially stay at this hotel; we left immediately upon seeing the conditions. Why would we accept a partial refund? We're now fighting with this hotel through our credit card company to get our money back. If they had any sense of accountability, they would issue a full refund and try to salvage some semblance of customer service. This was an utterly pathetic experience from start to finish. Avoid this place at all costs."

"Wonderful hotel! We stayed twice this month, once on our way to Disney and again on the way back. Staff was so friendly and helpful. Rooms were super clean, pool was clean, and it was a very positive experience both stays. We plan to book again year when we go back to Disney"

"This hotel was awesome. The rooms were clean, breakfast was good, and the area was safe (doesn’t get safer than next to a police station). The people here were so friendly too. Brenda was amazing. She went above and beyond entertaining our wild toddler. She gave him toys and treats and even took him for walks so my wife and I could eat breakfast. She managed to do that all while maintaining the cafeteria area! Give that lady a raise! All the staff was very friendly and anytime we visit our family who is stationed near by we will use this hotel."
