"This towing company is a complete rip-off. They automatically charge you for 4 hours just to tow something for under 20 mins. The transaction was canceled with proof from the driver saying it was okay to cancel only for him to still come down and demand we use him. Just to pull a truck out of a ditch he charged $750. Did not say anything about it being a minimum of 4 hours requirement."
