"Not my first visit to powertrain but definitely my last. Had a trans rebuilt it lasted 11 months. Second rebuild along with 2 PTO's developed a leak after 5 weeks on a hydraulic hose off the pump due to chaffing caused by poor installation. Stopped in and asked to have it looked at. I was told I needed to leave the truck and they'd work it in in a couple days. Wouldn't even look to see what the issue was. Their customer service leaves much to be desired. Customer service starts with the owner and works its way down and I ended at the top with the same lack of service. One should not have to lose days of revenue for what would have been a simple fix that shouldn't have happened anyway. Long story short, consumer beware if you should find yourself at this establishment."
"Dropped my truck off and gave a list of whats needed to chad. He and the staff are professional and listened listened to my concerns. Hope to hear from them when they open and are able to fix the situation. will update when I hear...when a trucker is down for repairs it adds up to loss of revenue and I believe they have my best interest at hand..."
"Our first experience with them has been a learning experience for sure. We never had a drive shaft modified before so we gave them the incorrect information. And of course it didn’t work. But we called them , then went back and they worked with us to get exactly what we needed. It took 3 times for us to get it right. But they were patient, helpful and didn’t charge us for the re-dos. Would definitely recommend them. Their establishment is impeccably clean and organized."
