She was extremely helpful answering all my questions regarding eyebrow pencil and the different types and gave me suggestions of different brands to try. And, a few other items too. Suggestions for my type of hair for heat protectant. Also, stated their store policy, try it and it doesn't work out bring it back. Thank you!"
