"I’ve made appointments twice with the only “master stylist” at this location. Both times I got a call the day before that she had an emergency and would I be ok with another stylist. I should’ve learned after the first objectively bad haircut, but no. This time was so so bad. I don’t even understand what she was trying to do. I’m not a picky person when it comes to my hair. I can usually make anything work as I wear it pretty short. But this is a really terrible cut. So if you’re considering scheduling anything other than a trim, I’d be aware that the stylists I’ve encountered at Yulee location do not know what they’re doing."

"This store is an ongoing disaster! Every time I go for specific products, the shelves are bare. Last evening went for La Roche Posay Niacinamide - OUT. Again/still. Also on my list was Smashbox eye liner - a few colors in stock, completely disorganized and now it's all the way on the bottom shelf impossible to find and shop. NYX eye shadow palettes - OUT. DevaCurl - shrunken area for Deva and many products never stocked. CurlSmith - way in the back, low on stock, many products I use completely OUT. Also, when you are trying to shop for CurlSmith, the employee/storage door is at the area and they are constantly bumping into you. This low stock/no stock is happening so much that I don't even want to go by the store to see if something is in because most likely it's not. I always check out the sale shelves - many items don't have prices like last night the hair dryers on sale - no price sticker. I love Ulta and love that we have one nearby but it's so awful it's like not having one at all. Went down to TJMaxx in the same shopping center and they were loaded up with DevaCurl, CurlSmith and It's a 10."

She assisted in the location of multiple products of different brands. Two items, unfortunately, were not in Stock, but the cashier was able to order those items, No additional charge for shipping to me directly. I greatly appreciated your efforts and your assistance in helping me immediately upon entering your store.
