"My hair is very healthy with excellent thickness and luster. It had a length of about 8 in and I wanted to keep the length. I simply asked for a minor touch up and trim of stray hairs and a little bit of layering. As the barber cut I saw about an inch worth of length fall which I was okay with. However what I did not realize was happening was that the barber was essentially cutting in the exact same places repeatedly about an onch at a time in every area. My hair is now roughly three and a half inches in length and nowhere near what I asked for. I will not be returning here ever again."

"I've been to Great Clips and had fairly decent cuts done before. My most recent cut there not the best. I have an under cut and she did it the right length, but missed a few spots. Now the length of my cut is what I wanted but some spots you can tell where she used the thinning shears at a bit too much at. I guess I should have paid extra to get it shampoo, cut, and flat ironed then maybe we would have seen these spots. I just had a cut so it was just a bit damp and wavy so it hid these shorter bits. I don't know if it can be fixed without going shorter. I really don't want to do that. I really should have spoken up but at the time it looked ok."
