"2nd time I've gone to this particular store. Service is fine. I'm not sure about the biz model, I never see the same person twice. This store isn't that busy (I think most people use the other local great clips but the population is growing) No reflection on this or other stores in this strip but parking is abysmal and will only get worse in time even if they open up the adjacent parking lot."
"I visited this location on Christmas Eve and had the most amazing experience!! Jen took amazing care of me and even though it was late afternoon on Christmas Eve, we had a great conversation and I can tell she truly has a passion for her work and more importantly, the people. It was unforgettable! I spoke with the owner about this experience, I think Lisa, and she was just as warm to interact with. Thank you guys for all you do!! I just went back and had an amazing experience with Eva as well. They definitely have a strong team!!"
"I really wanted a hair cut and didn’t want to wait for an appointment at another salon so I took a chance and walked in on a whim. Eva was awesome! She listened to what I wanted and gave me probably the best haircut I’ve had in years. I’m so happy with my hair! I will definitely be back to see her and will most likely bring my kids along for their haircuts as well."
