A Plus Nails

"I will never darken this doorstep again. Most uncomfortable experience I’ve ever had in a nail salon. #1.. I was the only one in there no need to hurry me,. yet I had both of them working on me at the same time, which would have been fine had I not been expected to hold a pillow in my lap to hold the nail dryer so that I could dry my nails in my lap. And since the dryer was not on a level surface, having to dry my nails three times for every time they needed to dry (And anyone who gets their nails done knows the UV light is not good for your skin). #2.. No Wi-Fi offered or posted, And since I had no signal in that building, I had to spend almost 2 hours watching the tv in a different language while a person working on my nails also watched a program while/instead of just working on my nails. Unprofessional and rude honestly. #3.. Unable to use the massage chair during my pedicure because I was getting a manicure at the same time.. Has not been an issue in other salons, but in this one, when I pressed the button for the massage chair, it bounced me so hard. I could not use it. Otherwise my nails would have been ruined. . could’ve changed the settings if it were not strapped to the chair in a way that I could not see the buttons to tell how to change them. #4.. Had to continuously turn on my own nail dryer because the person working on my nails kept walking away. #5.. While getting my nails done, still sitting in a very uncomfortable pedicure chair, the person who did the pedicure began cleaning the tub beneath me.. His head very close to/practically between my knees. I was wearing pretty short shorts because I knew I was getting my feet done and felt Very uncomfortable. #6.. Came in with my natural nails, inch and a half long.. Discovered when I got home how badly they were filed. Lopsided, crooked, I could have filed these better myself at home. Not to mention, I lost about a half an inch when I asked to not have them cut down, She did so anyway, and there are several uneven in length now. To anyone who had a good experience here, congratulations, I am glad for you. I, myself, am new to the state and looking for a salon to go to every two weeks (like my last that I went to for five years).. It will not be this place."

"Never been here, but, one of the co workers some how found me on Facebook, May 25th after she didn't ring a nail charge up for my daughter that had already spent well over $120 in that place, for a sucky service at that, to tell me my daughter didn't pay for something and they had it on video and would call the cops. My child would never not pay for something and she didn't ring herself up! Now today, May 26th, after blocking me yesterday on Facebook, Courtney Jackson, unblocked me and called and threatened to jump my daughter WHO IS 18! How unprofessional can you be?! Just trashy! Leave people out of stuff that has nothing to do with them.. Do better!"

"New update: went back they redone my nails for no charge but they’re still very uneven, I just won’t be going back here. Update: called the salon and spoke with the owner, coming in today to see what we can do to fix this. I got these done Wednesday around 6 and she finished them within twenty minutes, two are already chipped and four and coming off my nails, I work at a desk all day and this should not be happening. Today is Friday. I will never go back here. My nails are unevenly done, and very sloppy."

"I’ve been here 3 times, I don’t really get my nails done much. But when I do this is where I go because they are all nice and i feel comfortable in here, no one talks about the people inside there. And the owner is the one who does my nails, he does an amazing job! I am in love with my nails he done today! Also didn’t have to wait at all. Me my daughter and sister in law walked in sat down and were done in no time! Def recommend this place! ❤️"
