Reviews
"Michelle was great! She took the time to talk to me and ask me about my goals and what I wanted from my massage and gave me a fantastic therapeutic massagethat left me feeling super relaxed and refreshed! Highly recommend :)"
"I found Michelle on Google, and after looking over her website I was excited to see that she had availability to see me the same week. Her website states that if you are looking for a customized treatment based on your needs and preferences then to look no further and "take a deep breath and relax because you've found me." I felt so much relief finding a skilled and confident therapist. My first 30 min session went great, and she showed me a few exercises to try at home. She said she thought my issue seemed muscular, and I told her I was committed to seeing her weekly if needed and that I would do my part to help her heal me without having to see a chiropractor. After my first session, I texted her to let her know I felt better and was eager to make my next appointment. I wanted to discuss what her plan would be and she explained what she would do. Encouraged and hopeful, I set up my next appointment. During my second session I asked for her assessment and she said she couldn't tell because she sees so many clients. I thought for a moment how odd it was that we were working on a treatment plan to get me better and yet she couldn't remember putting her hands on me just the week before. Regardles, I texted her to let her know how I had been doing and expressed interest in making a third appointment. Since she hadn't responded to my text after 24 hours I texted her again. Apparently I didn't get her on a good day. In her text to me she expressed annoyance that I had asked her after each session to reassess how I was doing and how many sessions I still could possibly need to commit to in order to get better. She further went on to say that my expectations were "out of alignment" and that I should find someone else. I was blindsided by her response and even expressed my shock to her in a return text which she ultimately ignored. Over the next week I scrambled to make calls to be seen ASAP by my Dr, which is what I should have done in the very first place. I called physical therapists and other massage therapists and finally found someone who would work me into their schedule. I was able to find a skilled professional who would treat me with patience, listen with compassion and respond without judging. I am grateful to now be pain free, without any spinal manipulation. The one good thing that came out of this unfortunate experience was that Michelle was honest enough to tell me she wasn't willing to continue work on me right before I scheduled my third appointment. This allowed me to invest that time and money with someone who was more confident in their skills to heal me. Overall, I was disappointed that she didn't work with me to build a customized treatment plan like her website advertises."
"Michelle is my new favorite massage therapist! She’s very professional and friendly. She made sure I was comfortable and gives a really great massage. I will definitely be returning in the future."
"A completely comfortable & professional experience. Michelle's convenient downtown location provides for a relaxed, soothing environment to alleviate your stress & strains."
"Michelle has been massaging me for 3 months now and I have seen great changes. I get adjusted weekly and then with the massages I get from Michelle, I have been having a lot less flare ups of my back and neck pain. Thank you Michelle. You have been a life saver."
