"Doctor Fisher is the best dentist that I have ever been to he cares truly about the people that come in to see him and has made me smile bigger than I have in years. But not only is he amazing all of his staff is super friendly non judgmental enhand hands down the best people if you have to go to the dentist is the only dentist I would ever go to."

"Dr.Fisher stated it would only be a couple of days for the insurance to get back to him on how much they would pay. Well, someone should advise the staff that, I called them after a week, they told me it usually takes 10 days to two weeks. I was upset but waited two and a half weeks before calling them again. But, before I did, I called my insurance company, they stated they had not received any paperwork from Dr. Fisher office. I called the dental doctor office and told them what my insurance said. They told me that the insurance must be backed up. They put the blame on the insurance company, and it normally can take up to two weeks to 30 days. Once again going into my forth week, called the insurance, I was told that they have the paperwork but incorrect codes where applied. I waited for the dental office to call me , “ i needed the work done on my teeth, but no one ever did. After about a month and a half I call them to verify that I had found a new dentist. After that I received a bill from them They made sure to send that out right away. I would not recommend this office to anyone."

"My first experience with them was great. They couldn't have been more friendly! Now for the second visit was a completely different story. I called them and informed them I was running late! now they "allow" 15 minutes. I was perfectly clear with them when I called that I lived over an hour away. I arrived 17 minutes!! past my appointment. Here is the good part the receptionist told be I was 20 minutes late. I replied (no I am 17 minutes late) she sad it's the same thing. I understand she was ill about me not being "on time" but keep in mind this isn't her! Office! I mean I surely didn't intend leaving the house to drive two hours for nothing. Bottom line is there wasn't much compromise on there part. I would have paid more, waited until the end of the que of people. Nope. There bright idea was to lose a customer."
