"Absolutely the worst customer service in auburn/opelika area. I've been to this store several time in the last 10 years and the service has never been good at any time. The lady that always at the register always looks at you as if your trash and never politely greets you. The cook will rudely always correct you if you call any of the food by a name brand. The food is way over priced. I say that as one of my friends went in and got 3 Pieces of chicken, potatoes,& a drink and they charged him $22.00. Like really it's gas station food not outback. Anyway if anyone reads this I 100% recommend traveling the extra 5 minutes to any other gas station."
"The attendant at the front who was working at 1:45 Thursday October 11th 2018 was extremely rude and unhelpful. She would not let me use my card because my purchase was 1.95 and the minimum was 2.00. I said well fine ring it up as two dollars or whatever you need to so That I can use my card. She then proceeded to repeat the same mantra and phrase over and over again saying the minimum for cards is two dollars. This isn’t the first time I’ve been here and she has been rude. I would not recommend this business to anyone for any reason. The customer always comes first as I know since I am in customer service as well. I will be telling everyone I know not to do business with this gas station because of her extremely rude and cold behavior."
