"Ordered delivery at 6:20pm on 8-26, finally gave up at 8pm on my food and went elsewhere, pizza hut used to be fantastic but it shows signs of hitting rock bottom."

"Ordered from pizza hut at 2511 Osborne Rd, St Marys, GA 31558 after returning home from surgery, delivery was on time and we were hungry. I opened the pizza box and to my surprise it looked strange and then noticed that someone had taken part of the pizza from the middle. The pizza is supposed to be the big new yorker 16in pizza but what we got was 14in x 16in and you can tell something is missing because the pepperoni was missing the other half. I called the manager and she said she would issue a refund of the pizza and I was ok with that result but today my credit card was carged the full price and nothing deducted or refunded. I tried to call the shop today to speak to the manager but the call was just forwarded to somewhere and was never picked up. Now my only option is to file a complaint with their corporate and see what happens there."

"We got to the “Hut” at 4:50, rainy Saturday evening, were told bluntly, “we don’t seat until 5pm” and the individual on duty walked away. No idea to offer something like, “folks it’s a rainy night, why don’t you go ahead and be seated and I can get your drink order”… nope, nothing, no imagination of customer or service….and the idiots wonder why businesses are closing. Customer service is left to unimaginative idiots along with the opportunity of running a business into the ground."

"I did an order online through the app. I have never had a problem until today! The app said my order was paid for, and it would be 15 minutes. I arrived at Pizza Hut for contactless service. I called the restaurant because it was about 20 minutes by the time I arrived. The call center answered and transferred my call, and it was disconnected. I was told the lobby was full, and that's why they didn't answer the call earlier. I was sitting outside, and the lobby was empty. I checked my NFCU account, and the charge was pending. The manager Aura told me she didn't receive the payment and would not give me my order. I showed her my NFCU and Pizza Hut account where you could see the transactions. Aura stated she still couldn't give me my pizza. Aura showed me a receipt with a different amount than what I ordered. Pizza Hut needs to remedy this issue. I called NFCU and spoke with Robert to see if my transaction went through. I asked him to speak with the manager, Aura. Robert confirmed my transaction posted and gave Aura the transaction number. Aura still would not give me my pizza. Aura stated their system never received my transaction. Ask Aura to call her GM and her to call me. If I get Pizza Hut ever again, it will be somewhere else. Pizza Hut STOLE $46.70 from me. The manager should be able to contact the GM immediately. Aura told me her draw would have to be cashed out before I could my money back."

"Overpriced for a simple cheese pizza. They charge extra for a pan crust that used to be standard. And when I was emailed a promise for a free large pizza with purchase, I never received the coupon for such. A SCAM, for sure! 3/9/24 As a follow-up, this store manager reached out to me and apologized for this service... but then offered a coupon for a free pizza WHEN I ORDER ANOTHER PIZZA. So, apparently to get a free pizza from ordering one by their add, you have to actually buy 2 before you'll get one for free. As it was, a straight cheese pizza pan crust was $17.49! Don't be scammed by this restaurant!"
