"I had outpatient surgery this week and found that each member of the staff was thoughtful, professional and helpful. The nurses who helped me, Jaime and Sydney, were especially pleasant and attentive. To work 12 hour shifts with lots of patients can't be easy. They did a terrific job and I was grateful for their dedication."
"Staff was extremely accommodating, over the top friendly and polite, which eased in my son and I anxiety over the procedure which needed to be done. They went above and beyond to make our visit as comfortable as possible, keeping me updated on every step of the procedure as it progressed!!! Impeccable work !!!! Thank you, thank you !!"
"Do NOT schedule a procedure here. Arrived at 2:00 for a 2:30 appointment. Called, and was told to enter the building to check-in, After, I was told to go back to the car and they will come and get me. At 3:00 I walked back in to get a status, and there was no one around. Rang the desk bell multiple times, no answer. Went back to the car. Did this twice. Called and was told someone was coming out. Ten minutes later, at around 3:20, someone comes. I get checked-in and have an IV inserted. At 4:10 I was told there was still a procedure being finished, and that there was still someone ahead of me. At 4:15, I asked to have the IV removed, and walked out. This happens here regularly because they cram in as many procedures as possible.....for the money. Also of note: the reception area has recently been renovated, but the back area hasn't been for at least 30 years."
