"The cookies are so good but they are always sold out! I ordered two hours ahead of time, and when I got there all of the cookies I had bought were sold out. You would think that if you ordered two hours ahead of time and already paid that your order would get priority over those who had just walked in but I guess they don’t care about that."
"The young employees are not friendly and they care more about giving out cookies to their friends than fulfilling the online “purchased” orders that are supposed to be completed. They were giving out cookies to their friends who arrived after me as I waited to get my online order. Then to find out that they are sold out of all the cookies except for one flavor I had already purchased. I was not about to pay $20.00 for the same type of cookie. Very disappointing for my first time at Crumble. I would rather give my business to other local bakeries."
"Love it here! I was so excited to see a Crumbl coming to Rome! They are always packed and hustling but I've never been upset with my orders! They accommodated my late Teacher Appreciation request and I had to pick up one of the cheese cakes for myself! Yum!"
"Today was my third attempt at buying cookies here and was disappointed each time. First time and today all cookies sold out except one that nobody wants. There was a line of about 10 people today and we were informed by another customer that everything was sold out except one cookie. All those in line that heard him left. This happened at around 5:30 pm. The second time I was able to purchase cookies but the maple had no stamp, the cookies were misshapen, and the cinnamon square had no container. 2 stars simply because the cookies did taste good. Not a great start for a new business to the area. I hope they improve because I really like Crumbl but can definitely spend my money elsewhere. I live in a large metro area and all local Crumbls are very consistent. This one, not so much."
